EZOwn provides structured purchase arrangements for physical goods. We do not provide loans, credit, or financial services.

To use EZOwn, you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• provide accurate and complete information;
• use the service only for lawful purposes;
• be resident in the United Kingdom, unless we state otherwise.

We may request proof of identity, address, or other supporting information before accepting any request.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login details secure;
• ensuring your account information stays accurate and up to date;
• all activity carried out through your account.

We may suspend or close your account if we believe you have breached these Terms, provided false information, or used the service improperly.

Products shown on our website may be examples only. Availability is not guaranteed.

When you submit a request for an item, this does not mean the request has been accepted. We may review the item, pricing, availability, and your request before deciding whether to proceed.

If we accept your request, we may offer you a structured weekly payment arrangement for a specific product.

Each accepted arrangement will have its own:

• product description;
• total price;
• upfront payment, if any;
• weekly payment amount;
• number of weekly payments;
• payment due dates.

Your arrangement is only confirmed when you digitally accept the Purchase Agreement.

All pricing will be shown before you confirm an arrangement. Unless stated otherwise in writing:

• prices are in GBP (£);
• prices include VAT where applicable;
• there are no hidden charges.

Payments must be made on the due dates shown in your Purchase Agreement.

By confirming an arrangement, you authorise EZOwn to collect payments using your chosen payment method, where applicable.

If a payment fails or is missed, we may:

• contact you to request payment;
• retry the payment;
• pause delivery or services related to the arrangement;
• apply the steps set out in our Missed Payment Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only unless we state otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• supplier shortages;
• courier delays;
• incorrect address details;
• events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, unless otherwise stated in your Purchase Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in your Purchase Agreement, ownership of the item remains with EZOwn until the full purchase price has been paid.

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under UK consumer law. Goods supplied by EZOwn must be:

• as described;
• of satisfactory quality;
• fit for purpose where applicable.

Where you buy online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception applies under law.

If you wish to cancel, you must notify us within the cancellation period. Returned goods must be sent back in accordance with our returns instructions.

Refunds will be processed in line with applicable UK consumer law.

We may reduce a refund where permitted by law if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

You must not:

• misuse the website;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• submit false or misleading information;
• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to your account or services if:

• you breach these Terms;
• payments remain unpaid;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
• we are required to do so by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, EZOwn is not liable for:

• indirect or consequential losses;
• business losses;
• losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law says otherwise.
